TCP fusion proteins induce rtTAm-dependent expression of GFP. We transfected HEK cells with mCherry, mCherry-TCP, or mCherry-NLS-TCP constitutive expression plasmids, respectively, also transfected TRE3G promoter controlled GFP expression plasmid to all the three groups of cells.
