Secretion of MCP-1 in response to stimulation with lignans.

Abstract

<p>MCF-7 cells were treated with E₂ (10 nM) or each of the lignans (10 μM) for 72 h in the presence or absence of ICI 182,780 (ICI). Then, the supernatants were collected and ELISA was performed according to the manufacturer's instructions.
