Abstract

<p>(<b>A</b>) Upper: western blot analysis of hTERT and GAPDH levels in ES-2 cells after transfection with miR-532/miR-3064 mimics, along with (or without) hTERT cDNA vector (ORF) lacking the 3'-UTR region.
