本发明公开了一种镍铝青铜合金,该镍铝青铜合金含有的化学元素成分及其质量百分比为:Al 9.5-11.5、Fe 3.0-4.5、Ni 3.5-4.5、Mn 3-4,余量为Cu。本发明还提供了该镍铝青铜合金的制备工艺,先根据各化学元素质量百分比并考虑烧损量配置原材料;然后将原材料投入炉中熔化并冷却成锭,然后以8-10℃-min的速度从室温加热至950℃-980℃,保温2小时以上,取出样品放入水中淬火,再以8-10℃-min的速度加热至300-450℃,保温1-3小时,放入空气中冷却即得。本发明的镍铝青铜合金具有高硬度和高耐磨性能,干摩擦系数在0.25左右,显微硬度可达460HV,在船用螺旋桨、大型泵用叶片、紧固件、海水管件、焊接、防爆器材以及海水淡化等领域具有广泛的应用前景
