Abstract
本发明涉及一种微/纳织构化类金刚石-离子液体复合薄膜及其制备方法,采用感应耦合等离子体刻蚀技术,在硅片表面获得具有多种形貌不同几何参数的微/纳织构化规则形貌,然后通过磁控溅射气相沉积技术,在硅片表面获得织构化类金刚石薄膜,最后通过浸渍-提拉技术在织构化类金刚石薄膜表面组装一层离子液体有机润滑薄膜。本发明所制备的复合薄膜具有优异的摩擦学性能,大大提高了常规类金刚石薄膜的稳定性和减摩抗磨性能,摩擦系数大幅度降低,耐磨性显著提高。该技术有望应用于航空航天、医疗卫生、环境控制、数字通讯、自动控制、信息仪器传感技术、通讯卫星和国防军事等领域
