Abstract

Human Rights is a natural right owned by every human beings since he was born. Natural right is a fitted rights with human's character as an independent being, reasonableness and humanized. Thus, no one is permitted to seize the rights from the real owner, and no power that owns an absolute force to annihilate it. Human Rights is an instrument to protect the dignity and integrity of men as human beings. With the absence of Human Rights, men will not live in his humanized-dignity and integrity as the precious creation of God. Behavior is one's response or reaction toward a stimulus from beyond himself since it occurs through the process of inter-individual's interaction with the environment as the state of psychology to utter an opinion, to think and to behave as the reflection of the various aspects, physically or non-physically
