Analisis Penggunaan Dan Pemanfaatan Tanah Berdasarkan Status Tanah Menggunakansistem Informasi Geografis (Studi Kasus : Kecamatan Kebumen Kabupaten Kebumen)

Abstract

Kebumen sub-district is one of the strategic areas because the Kebumen sub-district passed by the southbound lanes linking Yogyakarta and West Java. In other news, based on information contained BPN Regional Office of Central Java on Suara Merdeka in 2014 that there were 80.42% of the land in Kebumen has not been certified. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze how the amount of land that already has a certificate and how to use land in the district of Kebumen.Along with technological advances in the field of mapping and spatial information, it will be easier to know how the distribution of land use and distribution of land status. Geographic Information System technology is a survey and mapping technology that can be used to retrieve, store, update, manipulate, analyze and display all forms of information that have a geographical reference.The result of this study has information that there are 77.48% of the land in the Kebumen Sub-District has not been certified and also the use of land that has been certified in Kebumen Sub-District dominated by housing place with a percentage of 36.4%. It was expected the information from this study can provide useful informations and hopefully this research can be developed in the future
