Study on establisment of chicken embryo RNAi technology with infective feature of RCAS and Vezf1 function in chicken vascular development.

Abstract

早期初级血管网络的形成,始于胚胎中胚层形成过程中其部分细胞分化为血管内皮前体细胞。血管内皮前体细胞再进一步向血管内皮细胞分化并形成初级毛细血管网,血管内皮细胞与其周围细胞进一步相互作用,逐步进行对初级血管的改建和生成新的血管,最终完成血管系统的发育。因此,血管内皮细胞是血管生成的中心细胞。为研究胚胎血管内皮细胞分化机制,先前我们从发育至三体节的鸡内皮前体细胞(VEGFR2+)相对特异表达基因的克隆中,发现了鸡的Vezf1(cVezf1)基因。该基因与在小鼠中发现的Vezf1基因高度同源,具有转录因子典型的锌指结构域。Vezf1基因在小鼠中发现时被认为可能是唯一个真正血管内皮细胞特异性转录因子而...The development of vascular system starts with the differentiation of endothelial precursor cells (angioblasts or hemangioblasts) from the forming mesoderm.
