Abstract

Kata Kunci : Suku Bunga SBI, Non Performing Loan (NPL), Inflasi, Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR), Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL)ABSTRACTTitle: Relationship of SBI interest rate effect, Non Performing Loan (NPL), Inflation and Function of Banking Intermediation Function (Studi Bank Umum Indonesia)Student Name: Andi MaulanaStudent ID: 1201101010094Faculty/Department: Economics and Business/ Economic DevelopmentAcademic Advisor: Fakhruddin, S.E, M.S.EThis study aims to analyze the relationship of SBI rate variable, Non Performing Loan (NPL), Inflation and Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR). The analysis model used in this research is Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model using yearly data (time series) from 1995 until 2017. The result of this research shows that in the short term SBI variable has significant posotif effect and NPL variable has negative effect significant, while inflation did not affect LDR. In the long run, the variable of SBI has a significant positive effect and the inflation variable has a non-significant positive effect on the LDR, while the NPL has a significant negative effect on the LDR, which causes the decreasing LDR ratio due to the disruption of nonperforming loans or the loss of the banks to reduce or overcome the disbursed loans. Keywords: Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR ), SBI Interest Rate, Non Performing Loan (NPL), Inflation, Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL
