Abstract
The attainment, the volume and the range of the publications he left behind are truly -remarkable, but for many Canadian lawyers, as surely for lawyers throughout the common law world beyond American shores, the name of William F. Fratcher is associated with Scott on Trusts,\u27 a work that everywhere has long been recognised as a classic.
