Abstract
为研究荒漠地区昆虫水分损失特征,测定天花吉丁虫Julodisvariolaris Pall在不同温度条件下水分散失,以及30℃条件下人工补水对水分散失的影响。结果表明:在25℃、30℃、35℃、40℃恒温条件下,10h内25℃和30℃之间的水分损失率无显著差异,25℃和30℃与35℃、40℃之间的水分损失率具有显著性差异;10~24h内25℃、30℃、35℃之间的水分损失率具有显著性差异。补水能增加昆虫体重,减少水分的散失,在72h、96h补水后的昆虫散失与对照存在显著性差异,但在96h后水分差异性不大
