Abstract
Розроблено методику для проведення досліджень з метою визначення стійкості процесу двоелектродного наплавлення стрічковими електродами тому, що правильно визначивши оцінку стійкості процесу наплавлення, можна не тільки правильно підібрати необхідну марку флюсу й оптимальні параметри режиму наплавлення, які забезпечать, а за необхідності можна і впливати на стійкість наплавлення, проводячи автоматичне коригування основних параметрів режиму автоматичного двоелектродного наплавлення стрічковими електродами під флюсом.The method of investigation for finding two-electrode welding process strength by strip electrodes has been developed, as the prorer estimation of the welding process strength can not only lead to the proper choise of the flux sort, but the optimal parameters of the welding regime, which will provide officient and switable metal forming of the welded rolls. Besides, the firming of these rolls while welding cfn be controlled and, it necessary, the welding strength can be influenced, correcting the main regime parameters of the automatic two-electrode welding by the strip electrodes under flux automatically
