In this study, the floating and submerged breakwaters are used together to achieve the strong point and to complement the weak point of the floating and submerged breakwaters. Finite element method is used for the numerical analysis and the wave reflection and transmission coefficients. In case of using floating and submerged breakwaters together, it screens waves more effectively than in case of using the floating breakwater ot the submerged breakwater, separately. It also shows an effective wave screening on the long wave period and an advanced wave screening performance with low height of the submerged breakwater.1
