Abstract

MTT assay showing the AGS cells viability after incubation with increasing concentrations of HS-FEN (spanning from 6 μg mL-1 to 500 μg mL-1) for 24 hours. The concentration of 65.93 μg/mL was estimated as that inhibiting 50% of cell viability (CC50).</p
