Abstract

<p>Cells were cultured with IRAK1/4 inhibitor (50 nM) in the presence of IL-18 (100 ng/ml) or IL-1β (20 ng/ml) for 3 days. Anti-CD3 mAb (0.5 μg/ml) and anti-CD28 mAb (0.1 μg/ml) were added to the culture system at the same time. Proliferation of cultured CD4⁺T cells was tested by a modified MTT assay. Results are expressed as means ± SD.</p
