Differences between BA71 and BA71V: Point mutations.

Abstract

<p>The positions of the point mutations in both genomes are indicated along with the nature of the nucleotides at each position, in brackets. The ORF implicated, its known function and the mutation produced in the protein sequence are also indicated.
