The cover letter must include: Each author''s name and e-mail address (Please specify a contact author.) Institutional 
affiliation, including academic department Complete mailing address and email address Paper title Subject area (This 
will assist us in grouping papers.) The format of the paper is not important at this point. The final version, diskette, 
and conference fee must be received by January 31, 2003. See reverse side for other important dates. Final Paper 
Format The final submission must be in hard copy and fit on a 31 inch IBM compatible diskette in MS Word. The 
paper must be single-spaced, printed at 10 points with 1 inch margins in any Times font on standard 8 ½ x 11 paper, 
and not exceed fifteen pages in length. Papers exceeding fifteen pages will be assessed a $10 fee for each page over 
the limit. In general, the paper must be submitted in the form in which you want it to appear in the proceedings. 
Hence, tables must be placed where you want them to appear. A sample first page of the proceedings and further 
instructions will be included with the letter of acceptance. Conference fees The 2003 International ABR Conference 
has a registration fee of $295 per person. All attending conference participants must pay the registration fee and at 
least one author per paper must attend. The fee for each additional paper presented is $100. Additional copies of the 
conference program and proceeding will be available for $25. Paying the registration fee entitles authors to give a 15 to 
20-minute presentation per paper, admission to all presentations and workshops, and a copy of the conference 
program and proceedings. The conference fee must be received by January 31, 2003 to assure conference 
participation. Please contact us in advance if the conference fee will be late, so we can plan for your attendance. 
There is a $50 minimum cancellation fee on cancellations received prior to March 1, 2003. There is no refund on 
cancellations received after February 28, 2003. Registration fees may be transferred to another person without penalty 
at any time.
