用清洁级bAlb/C小鼠研究自制寡果糖（fOS）制剂对肠道内双歧杆菌的促生作用。结果表明，每天以50MgfOS给小鼠灌胃，其粪便中双歧杆菌数从第7天起比对照组和每天给5MgfOS的小鼠明显增加，并一直保持较高水平。停给fOS后动物粪便中双歧杆菌数并未立即下降。在臭氧环境中饲养的小鼠其肠道双歧杆菌数下降，而每天灌胃给予50MgfOS可使其肠道双歧杆菌基本恢复到正常水平。The growth - promoting eFFect of a Fructo -oligosaccharide preparation(FOS) on Bi- Fidobacterium in vino was studied in BALB/c mice.The BALB/c mice were given ig with 0, 5,or 50mg FOS daily For 21 days respectively.From the 7th day the Flora of B.adoles- centis in the Faeces of BALB/c mice given with FOS 50 mg/d were Found to be signiFicant- ly higher than those of the mice given with FOS 0 or 5 mg/d and maintained at such lev- els.They were not diminished immediately aFter the administration period.Besides, the Flora of B.adolescentis in the Faeces of BALB/c mice reared in O3 atmospheric environment were diminished, but improved signiFicantly when the mice were given ig with FOS 50 mg/d.The results indicated that FOS could promote the growth of BiFidobacterium in vi- vo.福建省自然科学基金!3967001
