目的：研究富血小板血浆（Plateletrichplasma，PRP）对腱骨愈合过程中肌腱细胞和成骨细胞增殖情况和胞浆内钙离子浓度变化的影响。 方法：用transwell小室建立共培养模型，用CCK-8试剂盒检测细胞增殖能力，用激光共聚焦显微镜检测经fluo-3/AM染色的胞浆内钙离子浓度的变化。 实验分组：单独培养成骨细胞组、肌腱细胞组，单独培养成骨细胞组、肌腱细胞组并各自加入富血小板血浆（加入小室上层），分别以成骨细胞和肌腱细胞为待测细胞建立共培养体系但不加入富血小板血浆组，分别以成骨细胞和肌腱细胞为待测细胞建立共培养体系并且加入富血小板血浆组。 结果：两种细胞共培养并未加入P...Objective：The objective of this study was to explore the effects of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) on the proliferation speed and the concentration of Calcium of osteoblasts and tenocytes during the process of tendon-bone healing.
