目的：观察血管紧张素Ⅱ诱导的盐敏感性大鼠，肾脏CLC-K2、NKCC2和NCC表达量的改变，及高盐、低盐饮食对其表达量的影响。 方法：以皮下输注425ng.kg-1.min-1AngⅡ的SD大鼠为实验组，正常SD大鼠作为对照组。2周后将实验组与对照组均分为高盐与低盐摄入组，分别饲以含4%Nacl的高盐及0.01%Nacl的低盐饲料，观察5周，期间监测一般项目、肾脏钠、氯代谢及肾功能相关指标，分别于饲喂高低盐饲料2周、5周后处死大鼠，以免疫组化的方法观察肾脏CLC-K2、NKCC2和NCC表达，以荧光定量PCR及westernblot实验方法分别测定上述通道转运体蛋白及通道在mRNA及蛋白质水...Objective: observe the altered expression of renal CLC-K2、NKCC2、NCC In Ang Ⅱ induced hypertensive rats and the effect of salt Methods: Sprague Dawleys rats of twelve weeks old were treated subcutaneously with either Ang Ⅱ （425ng•kg-1•min-1 ）or vehicle control for 14 days.
