蓝藻(Cyanophyte)又称蓝细菌(Cyanobacterium),在光合作用、固氮、遗传以及进化等方面表现出独特的性质,长期以来受到生物工作者的重视和深入的研究。特别是近年来,随着基因工程研究的迅速发展,很多学者认为蓝藻可能成为表达外源基因的很好的自养型受体系统,并已建立了一些蓝藻的基因转移系统和外源基因表达系统。然而有关丝状蓝藻转基因的研究进展缓慢,主要原因是不易构建能在丝状蓝藻细胞中稳定维持的质粒载体系统。为使引入的外源基因能在丝状蓝藻中稳定维持和表达,本研究构建了丝状蓝藻Calothrixsp.PCC7601的基因整合平台系统,并表达了含有胸腺素α1(Thymosinα1,αl)的...学位:理学硕士院系专业:生命科学学院生物学系_生物化学与分子生物学学号:19962601
