两岸政治互信是两岸政治关系之政治文化内涵的重要组成部分，指的是两岸政治子系统如何通过政治互动的正常化达成彼此信赖、互利共荣、和谐运转的政治系统关系的文化心理机制。从两岸政治系统统合与协调发展的角度视之，两岸政治互信为两岸政治关系的发展与改善承担了重要的政治合法性支持、政治缓冲、政治交往简化等政治文化功能。纵观战后两岸关系的历史，虽然两岸政治互信曾因李登辉、陈水扁时期的“台独”行径而受到了重大打击，其政治基础甚至一度消耗殆尽，但是无论是从“两蒋”时期两岸共同反对“两个中国”、李登辉执政初期两岸达成“九二共识”，再到马英九时代重归“九二共识”，我们亦可认为“两岸同属一个中国”的法理共识还是构成了两...Political mutual trust between the two sides is an important part of the political cultural connotations of the cross-strait political relations.
