儿童权利在国内已经逐步为人们所认识，但由于传统观念等因素的原因，虽然儿童很受重视，但儿童权利却很容易被忽视。家庭作为儿童成长的主要环境，是儿童权利保护的主阵地，父母则是儿童权利保护的主生力军，在儿童保护中起着核心作用。父母与子女的关系即亲子关系是主要的家庭关系，随着社会的高速发展，儿童在亲子关系中遇到问题越来越多，父母对待儿童权利的态度，父母本身的素养、父母的价值取向等等，都会对儿童权利的实现产生重要的影响。本文将从亲子关系的状态出发，介绍家庭、父母对儿童权利的实现的作用，进而对常态亲子关系和非常态亲子关系中儿童权利的实现困境进行探讨。 本文包括前言、正文和结语三个部分，其中正文分三章。 ...Children’s rights have been gradually recognized in China.
