Experimental study of FHA coating on enamel caries repairing and dentinal tubules sealing

Abstract

制备硬组织原位修复涂层一直是生物材料学研究的热点之一。由于对修复涂层具有较高的性能要求,目前常用的涂层材料为具有生物相容性的羟基磷灰石(HA)。但在应用过程中,HA表现出生长缓慢,机械性能差等问题。为了避免上述弊端,使用高活性的无定形磷酸钙(ACP)作为先驱体制备HA涂层的研究是十分有益的。为了提高HA涂层的稳定性,在制备涂层过程中可通过加入其它元素来降低其溶解度,目前研究较为深入的是含氟羟基磷灰石。 本文基于实验室已有研究基础,发展了一种原位制备含氟羟基磷灰石(FHA)涂层技术,应用于牙釉质浅龋修复和牙本质小管封闭。具体方法是利用ACP与柠檬酸(CA)形成稀溶液,与含有一定浓度氟化钠(Na...In situ hard tissue repairing is one of the most attractive aspects of biomedical engineering.
