A Study on Emergency management of Company A ’s production–line shutdown

Abstract

我国很多企业实行JIT生产,力求杜绝一切浪费,降低成本,提高利润。但在实际操作中,JIT生产却遭遇众多问题,如品质问题、供应不连续等,甚至造成生产线停线等,导致了极大的浪费,而这与JIT生产的本质是相悖离的。论文正是在这种背景下,对JIT企业如何加强应急管理,如何调动企业内外的各类资源,将损失降到最低甚至没有损失进行了研究。本文的研究是从电子行业A公司的停线问题入手,运用JIT思想、应急管理等相关理论,深入分析停线的原因,总结A企业为避免停线所应采取的策略以及一旦出现停线所应采取的应急措施,以期降低公司损失,提升A公司的盈利能力。本文首先通过分析A公司停线原因,停线原因主要包括品质原因、供应商...A lot of Chinese companies implement JIT production in order to eliminate waste, reduce costs and increase profits.
