本实用新型涉及一种可以在固体表面上定向固定抗体的蛋白质芯片。该蛋白质芯片包括:固体基片和抗体感应膜层,其特征是:在固体基片和抗体感应膜层之间还有一层蛋白A膜层。该蛋白质芯片结构中还可以进一步包括在固体基片和蛋白A膜层之间有一层疏水极化表面层。本实用新型的蛋白质芯片,蛋白A起到手臂连接的作用,使抗体分子上的抗原结合域伸向固体表面外,自由地同抗原结合,大大地提高了蛋白质芯片结合抗原的能力。该蛋白质芯片可应用于免疫测定、内分泌激素检测、药物筛选等
