卷羽鹈鹕源大肠埃希菌和粪肠球菌的分离及耐药性试验

Abstract
为了解卷羽鹈鹕(Pelecanus crispus)源大肠埃希菌(Escherichia coli)和粪肠球菌(Enterococcus faecalis)耐药性特征,采集圈养卷羽鹈鹕粪便9份,用全自动微生物生化鉴定法进行鉴定。结果表明:分别从9份粪便样中分离鉴定出大肠埃希菌9株,粪肠球菌7株。药敏试验结果显示,大肠埃希菌对氨苄西林、四环素和磺胺异恶唑的耐药性均较强,对阿莫西林/克拉维酸、头孢噻呋、多西环素等均较为敏感;粪肠球菌对青霉素、红霉素、四环素的耐药性均较强,对链霉素、呋喃妥因和氯霉素等较敏感。鉴于药敏试验结果,建议经常开展不同菌种的耐药性检测,并依据药敏结果选择合适的抗生素
