Abstract

It is every individual’s right to enjoy a highest standard of health without distinction of race, religion, political belief, economic or social condition. It is seen that most rural Indian populations strive for reliable access to the healthcare required to manage and prevent serious chronic diseases. Using digital health technologies in screening, early diagnosis of diseases and surveillance can drastically change health status in rural areas. Telemedicine, artificial intelligence, drone technology, smart health India and precision public health are some of the digital technology links health care and population.
