This document applied to lots 12 and 13 of block 3 of Sunset View Addition in Spokane County. Buell Throop was the grantor when the deed was filed and Glen Trefren the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
None of said lots shall be owned or occupied by any person other than a person of the Caucasian race, not excluding occupancy by Bonafede servants of any race
