This research aims to examine the influence of transparency and accountability in financial management on public trust in the Ambon City government. The sampling technique in this research used a purposive sampling technique, and a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the people of Ambon City. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical tool used in this research is the SPSS version 27 application. The results of this research show that transparency and accountability influence public trust in the Ambon city government with a coefficient of 29% and the remaining 71% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research
