Olaparib inhibits oxLDL-enhanced mitochondrial ROS production.

Abstract

THP-1 monocytes were exposed to oxLDL, the PARP inhibitor olaparib (Olapa), or the NLRP3 inhibitor MCC950 (MCC), individually or in combination, as indicated. Mitochondrial ROS production was measured by MitoSox Red fluorescence intensity using flow cytometry.
