The course ideology and politics provide a new idea for the talent training of electrical majors in colleges and universities, and also become the necessary content to promote the all-round development of students. However, in the present teaching practice, there are still some problems, which have a negative impact on the personnel training work. Therefore, it is very necessary to explore the ideological and political teaching practice of electrical major courses in colleges and universities, which is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of electrical major teaching.1. The necessity of implementing ideological and political teaching in college electrical majorsUnder the traditional talent training mode, the teaching content of electrical majors is diffi  cult to cross with the content of ideological education, which is not conducive to the synchronous improvement of students’ ability and ideology, and is contrary to the fundamental task of “cultivating morality and people”. With the development of education in our country, how to guide students to become talented people with ideal, ambition and strong professional ability has gradually become the focus of teachers’ research in various majors. At the present stage of the education work, teachers also gradually realize that only let students master professional skills, does not mean that students have practical application ability, does not mean that they can promote the development of our country’s electrical fi eld. Under the background of more and more prominent problems in personnel training, the concept of “curriculum thinking and politics” has opened new ideas for the teaching of various majors, had a subversive impact on the traditional teaching mode of professional courses, and eff ectively made up for the defi ciencies of single level and narrow scope of electrical teaching content. Therefore, it is very necessary to carry out curriculum thinking and politics in electrical majors in colleges and universities, and it is worth the attention of teachers.2. The implementation of ideological and political construction of college electrical professional courses1. The current situation at the school levelSince the idea of curriculum ideology and politics was put forward, major colleges and universities in China began to pay attention to the construction of curriculum ideology and politics, which gradually expanded from the main curriculum implementation to all courses, all refl ecting the advanced nature and superiority of curriculum ideology and politics. However, in practice, due to the lack of experience, most colleges and universities are faced with the problems that the system is not perfect and the eff ect is not ideal when implementing the curriculum ideology and politics. In electrical majors, many courses are highly professional and belong to science types, which is quite diff erent from ideological and political courses, resulting in greater diffi  culty in the construction of ideological and political courses, and teachers need to invest time and energy to fi nd ideological and political content related to professional knowledge. In addition, most teachers in colleges and universities have gradually formed an evaluation system based on professional knowledge in the past teaching, which is diffi  cult to perfect the teaching evaluation mechanism in a short time according to the needs of curriculum construction, which hinders the in-depth implementation of curriculum ideology and politics.2. The current situation of teachersJudging from the actual situation of the implementation of ideological and political curriculum for electrical majors in colleges and universities, some teachers show the problem of lagging teaching concepts, and still pay attention to explaining professional knowledge in teaching, and it is diffi  cult to fi nd the blending point of ideological and political and professional knowledge. Among these teachers, their own ideological consciousness ability is not a problem, but in order to convert ideological and political literacy into teaching ability, further study is needed. In addition, the evaluation of teachers in many colleges and universities mainly focuses on papers, academic qualifi cations and professional titles. Therefore, the course ideological and political construction of electrical professional courses in colleges and universities is also aff ected by the teacher level, leading to the implementation eff ect can not be further improved.3. The current situation of studentsAfter entering the university stage, students will show poor self-control in a short period of time. Under the relaxed university teaching management mode, there will be behaviors such as skipping classes and not listening carefully. In addition, the courses of electrical majors are more professional, and begin to involve practical knowledge and skills in the fi eld of industry, such as “Power System Analysis” and “Electrical Parts of Power Plants”, which are mostly professional courses with more knowledge points and strong practice. Under the infl uence of these two factors, students need to consciously strengthen the awareness of independent learning and adjust the comfortable and lazy state of college study. These problems not only highlight the necessity of carrying out curriculum ideology and politics, but also show the diffi  culties faced in carrying out curriculum ideology and politics.3. Ideological and political teaching strategies for electrical courses in colleges and universitiesUnder the background of the new era, electrical course teachers in colleges and universities need to make good use of classroom teaching as the main channel, adhere to the mode of simultaneous knowledge teaching and ideological and political education in teaching, and form a synergistic education effect with ideological and political theory courses, and fully implement the concept of “three-whole education”. To this end, combined with the requirements of “moral education” and taking the ideological and political construction of electrical courses in colleges and universities at the present stage as a starting point, the author puts forward the following strategies for implementing curriculum ideological and political education.1. Innovate ideological and political teaching methods to enhance the eff ect of ideological and political educationIn the process of implementing curriculum ideological and political education, electrical course teachers need to be good at using various teaching methods to create opportunities for the penetration of ideological and political education content, and guide students to understand and feel ideological and political education from multiple perspectives combined with professional knowledge, so as to improve the construction eff ect of curriculum ideological and political education. In this way, combined with the characteristics of abundant knowledge points of electrical courses, create a diversifi ed carrier for the penetration of ideological and political content, which can not only enhance the attractiveness of ideological and political education content, but also make students willing to accept the mode of “ideological and political + knowledge”.For example, in the teaching of “Electric Power System Analysis”, teachers can combine China’s science and technology with the development of national conditions and the overall situation of the world when explaining professional knowledge, so that students can realize the belonging and role of this course in social development. In the classroom, teachers can compare the results of electrical scientifi c research with the national conditions, let students link science and technology with the national conditions, and guide students to establish the consciousness of “rejuvenating the country by science and technology” and “contributing to the motherland”. For example, teachers can cite China’s development in the fi eld of electric power, through the comparison before and after the reform, so that students realize the positive signifi cance of the development of electric power to the development of the motherland and the happiness of the people. At the same time, combined with the west-east power transmission, clean energy and low-carbon transformation, lead to the current development trend of the power system, guide students to keep up with the development of The Times, and keep pace with the development of the national power industry. In the class, the use of the development of China’s power system, let the students realize the vast territory of the motherland, wind energy, water energy, solar energy and other advantages, enhance students’ national pride, at the same time let the students deeply realize that the scientifi c and technological innovation of China agricultural university is the booster of national rejuvenation, and then encourage them to become innovative talents for the prosperity of the motherland.2. To build a new ecology of energy conservation and innovate the mode of talent trainingIn the construction of the course ideology and politics in the courses of electrical majors, teachers can build a new talent training model based on the closely related characteristics of electricity and people’s lives and the natural environment, centering on the construction of a new ecological model of energy saving, and innovating ways to penetrate the content of ideology and politics. In teaching, teachers can combine the needs of college students to grow into talents, pay attention to the combination of the core courses of the major, consolidate the foundation of students, improve their knowledge structure, and lay a foundation for training technical and innovative electrical professionals. In classroom teaching, when explaining professional knowledge, teachers should pay attention to the combination of environmental protection, agricultural development and market economy development, and guide students to think about how to apply electrical professional knowledge to “the coordination of power engineering construction with nature, the combination of the economic development of the motherland and the increase of farmers’ income”. The ideological and political contents of China’s “sustainable development”, “green development” and “building ecological civilization” should be integrated into it. In addition, teachers can combine the rural revitalization strategy, integrate the operation experiment of the new rural distribution network, the new rural power dispatching design, etc., focus on improving students’ practical ability, combine the talent training work with the development trend of the country, and realize the ultimate goal of cultivating practical and innovative talents.3. Design ideological and political ideas of the course according to the teaching content of the courseIn constructing curriculum ideological and political thinking in electrical courses, teachers need to pay attention to strengthening the 248 2023 Volume 10 Issue 3compatibility between ideological and political content and professional knowledge, so that the teaching content of professional courses and ideological and political content form a combination of explicit education and implicit education, so as to improve the quality of professional teaching and enrich the level of professional teaching content, so that ideological education can achieve a silent eff ect.For example, the course “Electrical Part of Power Plant” is the core course of electrical majors, which is generally arranged in the junior stage. The teaching content of this course has a high degree of compatibility with practical work. When integrating ideological and political content, teachers should not separate themselves from professional knowledge. Therefore, when designing ideological and political content, teachers also need to combine the main line of the curriculum, integrate dialectical thinking and understand confl icts, and fi nally let students form a good professional quality, scientifi c spirit, and understand the Marxist world outlook and methodology. In the implementation of teaching, teachers can guide students to learn the truth-seeking, pragmatic and pioneering spirit of scientists and researchers based on the power equipment and power generation system of power plants, from scratch, from simple to complex. In addition, with the help of China’s power generation technology, power generation system construction in the international level, enhance students’ confi dence in science and technology, cultivate their patriotic feelings. In this way, based on the characteristics of professional courses, the design of ideological and political knowledge system with professional knowledge is designed to enhance the compatibility of professional courses and ideological and political content, and create a curriculum ideological and political construction idea that integrates professional knowledge and ideological education.4. According to the diff erences in teaching links, integrate the characteristic ideological and political contentThe content of electrical courses is professional, and a complete knowledge system is waiting for students to learn and understand. This means that teachers have multiple perspectives to integrate the ideological and political content, and at the same time, they need to pay attention to changing the way of integrating the ideological and political content to ensure the fi nal implementation eff ect. Therefore, in teaching, teachers can design characteristic ideological and political content according to the diff erences of each teaching link, which can eff ectively lead students’ values, cultivate students’ professional quality and enhance their patriotic feelings.For example, the introduction of the course Power System Analysis, with the background of majors and courses, creates favorable conditions for teachers to integrate ideological and political content. Compared with the later professional knowledge, the content of this part is more conducive to teachers to play and integrate a variety of ideological and political content. For example, with the introduction of the development of the electric power system, the content of national construction and the development of the national electric power industry is introduced. Students are guided to understand the development of the motherland from the fi eld of electric power from the run-down to the present, and have a deep understanding of why the development of the motherland has attracted the attention of the world. For another example, when explaining professional knowledge, teachers can design problems related to current politics, and take current aff airs, national development and great fi gures in national construction as materials to conduct patriotic education for students and cultivate their feelings of home and country. In the interactive part of the class, combined with the characteristics of ideological and political education, teachers can change the mode of explanation by teachers, guide students to participate in discussions and think positively, and achieve the goal of letting students deeply understand the research spirit of researchers in the fi eld of electric power. Through eff ective interaction between teachers and students, the old mode of focusing on students’ examination results should be improved, and their expression and thinking ability should be improved.EpilogueTo sum up, the construction of curriculum ideology and politics in electrical courses in colleges and universities requires teachers to dig out ideological and political elements based on curriculum characteristics and teaching content, and guide students to achieve synchronous development in knowledge, ability, ideology and belief.
