Testing of "OSA" missile's rocket motors

Abstract

W artykule przedstawiono wybrane problemy dotyczące badań zespołów napędowych rakiet przeciwlotniczych średniego zasięgu „OSA”. Omówiono stosowaną metodę badań i zaprezentowano wyniki eksperymentów przeprowadzonych w latach 2002-2007.Some problems concerning tests of middle range antiaircraft missiles "OSA" rocket motors are presented in the paper. Rocket motor is an important part of missile and testing of its dynamic characteristics on the motor test bed is carried out in the institute. The results of dynamic tests are combined with the results of chemical-physical tests of motor propellant and other pyrotechnic or high energetic materials to develop final decision concerning further service.
