Abstract

 NOTICE PERIOD IN CASE OF TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACRTS The paper discusses the provisions of the Labour Code concerning the termination of employment contracts. Iit describes, among others, the duration of a  notice period of employment contracts, the possibility of its shortening and lengthening, and the method of calculating the period of notice.
