AbstractThe problem in this study is the low achievement of volleyball blocks during volleyball extracurricular activities at SMA N 1 Pinoh Selatan. This study aims to determine the impact of plyometric training on the achievement of volleyball blocks in extracurricular activities at SMA N 1 Pinoh Selatan. The method used in this study was an experiment with a pre-experimental research form and a research model using the one-group pretest-posttest design model. The data source of this study were students who took volleyball extracurricular activities at SMA N 1Pinoh Selatan with a sample size of 12 people. Data analysis used a t-test (paired-sample ttest) at a significant level of 5%. Based on data analysis and research results that have been carried out, it can be concluded that there is the highest influence of plyometric training in the achievement of volleyball blocks on extracurricular activities at SMA N 1 Pinoh Selatan, with at-count value of 6.65: the pretest value of 12 participants achieved an average value of 48.33. The posttest score of the 12 participants was 56.58. The percentage increase is 17.07%.Keywords: Block, Extracurricular, Plyometri
