Abstract The aim of researh is to test and analyze the influence of reward to employee performance through job satisfaction on employees of PT. Hanarida Tirta Birawa Sidoarjo. Sampling technique has taken with saturated samples with 35 respondents of employees PT. Hanarida Tirta Birawa Sidoarjo.The analysis statistic using in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results of this research explain that reward are not influence to employess performance. The reward is influence to the job satisfaction. The job satisfaction is influence to employess performance. And the job satisfaction is mediates the influence of reward to employees performance.
