This research utilized the descriptive correlational method as its research design. The study utilized the purposive sampling method in slecting the respondents under the study. This study selected 100 medically diagnosed hypertensive clients, regardless of the type and stage, and the age and gender. Adapted-modified questionnaire made by Leuterio, et al. (2006) was used. To answer the specific problems and to test the hypothesis posed by researchers of the study, the following statistical treatments were used in the study: a) frequency, b) mean, c) t-test, d) f-test, e) Pearson-Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The following conclusions were derived based on the findings of the study: 1) Majority of the hypertensive respondents are 40 to 59 years old, female, have an income of P5,000 and below and elementary graduates; 2) They have a very high level of knowledge in diet management, lifestyle management, stress management and physical activities; 3) Hypertensive respondents have very high level of practice in terms of stress management, diet management and lifestyle management and have low level of practice in terms of physical activities; 4) The overall level of knowledge of the non pharmacologic-interventions of the hypertensive respondents had a significant difference when grouped by age and no significant difference when grouped by gender, socio-economic status and educational attainment; 5) The overall level of practice of the non pharmacologic interventions of the hypertensive respondents had a significant difference when grouped by age and socio-economic ststus and no significant difference when grouped by gender and educational attainment; 6) There is significant relationship between the level of knowledge and level of practice of the respondents.
