The contamination of microcystins and composition of phytoplankton in Xiamen water resources

Abstract

目前全球水体富营养化日益加剧,时常爆发蓝藻水华。蓝藻水华中最常见的微囊藻毒素具有强烈的肝毒性和肿瘤促进作用,对人类健康具有极大的潜在威胁,且传统的处理工艺难以将其有效去除。近年来厦门市主要饮用水源水体呈现不同程度的富营养化趋势。本文开展厦门市饮用水源中微囊藻毒素的检测和浮游植物研究,对维护人民健康意义重大。 本研究得出以下初步结论: (1)应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对2009、2010年厦门市坂头水库、汀溪水库、九龙江水(明渠和暗管)、梅山水厂和天马水厂水源微囊藻毒素的污染水平进行了为期两年的连续监测。同时采用质谱法(MS)复核部分数据。各采样点中均检出微囊藻毒素两种异构体微囊藻毒素...Currently, the global water present eutrophication, algal blooms occur frequently.
