The cost of food and dormitory care has increased to the extent that 1:1e :1a-ve been fa.cecl with the alternative •f reducing our standards or incre.sing tbe cost. Since a lower standard of maintenance was not at-visablo, the increase was inevitable. POLL W-Du.,.-fa{; tl1e comins year many political issues ,-,ill come to the front for public attention .
