BIM, arquitectura, diseño y ejecución: una vivienda unifamiliar con REVIT

Abstract

[ES] La industria de la construcción es una de las más importantes a nivel internacional, pero lamentablemente es una de las más descuidadas. Su productividad va de capa caída y uno de los motivos es que estamos usando los mismos métodos y herramientas que se utilizaban hace años mientras la arquitectura va siendo cada vez más compleja y competente. Ante la necesidad de modernizar esta industria, surge en este marco BIM (Building Information Modeling), una nueva tecnología que ha llegado para quedarse, la cual será objeto de estudio en el presente TFG donde analizaremos el impacto durante la gestión del proyecto y obra de arquitectura a través del estudio de Dobby, una vivienda minimalista de Chiralt Arquitectos Valencia.[EN] At international level the construction industry is one of the most important but unfortunately it is one of the most forgotten. Its productivity is declining and one of the reasons is that we are using the same methods and tools as we used to years ago meanwhile the architecture is increasing in complexity and competence. Facing the need to modernize this industry, arises BIM framework (Building Information Modeling), a new technology which will be subject of the present study. Especially it will be analyzed the impact during the project process and the architectural work through the study of Dobby, a minimalist dwelling of Chiralt Arquitectos Valencia.Viana Calderón, M.
