Information and Communication Technologies and Informal Scholarly Communication: A Review of the Social Oriented Research

This article reviews and analyzes findings from research on computer mediated informal scholarly communication. Ten empirical research papers, which show the effects and influences of information & communication technologies (ICTs), or the effects of social contexts on ICTs use in informal scholarly communication, were analyzed and compared. Types of ICTs covered in those studies include e-mails, collaboratories, and electronic forums. The review shows that most of the empirical studies examined the ICTs use effects or consequences. Only a few studies examined the social shaping of ICTs and ICT uses in informal scholarly communication. Based on comparisons of the empirical findings this article summarizes the ICT use effects/consequences as identified in the studies into seven categories and discusses their implications

文體規範與文學歷史、文學創作的「經緯圖式」關係

計畫編號：NSC93-2411-H032-021研究期間：200408~200507研究經費：516,000[[abstract]]本研究計畫的主題是〈文體規範與文學歷史、文學創作的「經緯圖式」關係〉，乃 由「文體論」衍生出來的關係性研究。 「中國文體學」的研究，前行學者已累積頗為豐碩的成果。然而卻大致為「文體」 本身的研究，主要集中在四個論域；一是文章分類與文體；二是文體的構成因素；三是 文體的起源；四是風格類型（體式）的品位與正變。而本研究計畫則在前行研究基礎上， 衍生出「文體」與其他文學因素的「關係性」研究。從對中國古代文學活動普遍現象的 觀察與理解，我們發現「文體規範」與「文學歷史」的演變、「文學社群」的創作行為 形成縱橫交錯的互涉關係，可稱之為「經緯圖式關係」。 「經緯圖式關係」即是本計畫所提出的創發性論點，用以詮釋「文體規範」與「文 學歷史」、「文學創作」之間的互涉關係。一般學者論及「文學創作」時，幾乎都將此一 活動從並時性的「文學社群」與貫時性的「文學歷史」抽離出來，視為一靜態、孤立、 抽像的議題。實則，在中國古代，文學家不管創作實踐或論述，皆明白地意識到自己的 文學活動乃在「文學社群」與「文學歷史傳統」中展開。故一方面重視個體與個體間橫 向的社會互動關係，而遵守具有「互通效用」的社群語言常規—亦即「文體規範」中的 「體製」與「體要」，此一互涉關係為「緯」。另一方面，他們更重視個體與個體縱向的 歷史文化承變關係，而對具有「傳承效用」的作品範型—亦即「文體規範」中的「體式」， 進行模習或創變，此一互涉關係為「經」。如此，三者之間乃形成「經緯圖式」的關係。 本計畫在前述論點的預設下，依藉史料文本的訓解、分析、詮釋，並加以系統化的 理論建構，為文體規範與文學歷史、個人文學創作的互涉關係，提供新的「詮釋典範」。[[sponsorship]]行政院國家科學委員

知識管理與人文科學的回顧與展望

[[abstract]]知識管理是一門跨學門的研究領域，同時也被許多實務工作者用來維持與增加個人以及組織的競爭能力。因此，知識管理的理論與應用，在不同的學術領域或者實務界，有越來越蓬勃發展的趨勢。本文的目的旨在以知識與知識管理的理論為基礎，藉由數位資料庫關鍵字檢索的方式，來回顧知識管理與人文科學相關的研究。本文發現，在以自然科學以及社會科學為主的數位資料庫中，仍然可以檢索到知識管理與人文科學有關的文獻，表示人文科學在知識管理方面的研究主題，亦被自然或者社會科學的理論及方法所驗證。再者，基於檢索的結果，本文提出知識管理人文科學的展望，建議人文科學研究工作，可以在知識管理的主題上，融入不同的理論以及方法，以與人文科學的領域結合，藉以完成跨領域的研究。最後，本文亦希望為人文科學與知識管理提供一個對話的起點與園地，並供人文科學研究先進之參考。[[booktype]]紙

Building New Socialist Countryside with a Harmonious Combination Production, Living and Ecosystem

Based on a great deal of practice in the planning of the Chinese countryside landscape and sight-seeing agriculture, the author proposes the planning concept of new countryside. That is building new socialist countryside in the real sense and realizing the aim of constructing socialist harmonious society by combining production, living and ecosystem and maintaining the flavor of the countryside as far as possible. Key words: new countryside, countryside of China, landscape planning, harmonious society Résumé: Sur la base de la pratique massive de planification du paysage rural et de l’agricuture touristique, l’auteur propose l’idée de nouveau ruralisme. En assurant la condition préalable de construire la « triple harmonie »(harmonie entre la production, la vie et l’écologie) et maintenir le « ruralisme » de la campagne, on va construire la nouvelle campagne socialiste authentique et réaliser l’objectif de l’édification de la société harmonieuse socialiste.
