兩岸工業部門國際分工程度之比較分析

本文擬從長期的資料著手，首先以產業內貿易指數觀察兩岸貿易型態與國際分工的變化情形，接著針對產業內貿易指數的缺點提出疑問，並配合貿易專業化係數或質易特殊化係數(Trade Specialization Coefficient, TSC) 重新定義國際分工型態。由TSC值進一步觀察兩岸歷年對全球貿易中，工業部門的國際分工型態，並以「雁行」理論，探討兩岸產業的發展關{系。 本文共分陸節，除前言外，第貳節是圓際貿易與國際分工型態的文獻回顧，第參節敘述貿易資料來源與國際分工指標，第肆富有分析臺灣地區國際貿易與分工型態時間趨勢，第伍節說明臺灣地區產業政策與國際分工型態反轉的形成，最後則是結論

台灣入世銀行服務業在法規和政策上之調適

世界貿易組織(WTO)的前身為關稅暨貿易總協定(GATT)。臺灣於1990年1月1日，以「臺、澎、金、馬個別關稅領域」正式向GATT 提出入世申請；並於1993年取得其觀察員資格。由於在1994年12月24日烏拉圭回合談判的最後協議中，決定成立WTO，臺灣再於1995年12月1日改申請加入WTO。 此間歷經12年的籌備和努力，臺灣終於在今年(2001年)9月18日完成入世文件採認，最快可於明年1月正式成為WTO 會員，立法院也正在配合行政部門加速進行相關法案的修定。臺灣在入世後，必須克服市場開放對各產業的多方衝擊，而臺灣政府相關部門亦早為入世調整相關產業政策和法規，以期使產業能轉型成功。 本文將針對入世對臺灣銀行服務業相關法規和政策上之調適，作一簡單之介紹和分析

The Representation of the Territories Occupied by Imperial Japan on YOSHIDA Hatsusaburo\u27s A Bird\u27s -Eye View of the Island of Taiwan

YOSHID Hatsusaburo (1884-1955) drew many bird\u27s-eye views against the background of the spread of railways in the Meiji era and the travel boom of the Taisho era. It was commissioned byrailroad companyies, hotels, and local governments in various regions. His works were mass-produced and used as tourist maps. At the request of the Taiwan Bank, set of 4 postcards entitled A Bird\u27s-Eye View of the Island of Taiwan in 1937 was published. At that time, Taiwan was a part of Imperial Japan. He has visited Taiwan only once. That year is 1935 when Government-General Taiwan held on Taiwan 40 Anniversary Exhibition. His bird\u27s-eye view called the same title as these postcards was exhibited in there. Therefore, it is possible A Bird\u27s-Eye View of the Island of Taiwan drew in 1935 became the prototype of one published in 1937. This paper analyzes A Bird\u27s-Eye View of the Island of Taiwan in terms of theme and style to explore how he expressed Taiwan occupied by Imperial Japan
