    Battery pack thermal management based on thermo electric cooling and phase change material heat preservation

    为提高户外基站备用电池组的工作性能、延长使用寿命,需要进行冷却和保温。将半导体制冷(TEC)与相变材料(PCM)保温相结合,对基站用48 V铅酸电池组进行热管理。模拟分析TEC的布置、制冷功率和环境温度对冷却保温效果的影响。TEC设置在电池组前后两侧、制冷功率为170 W时,可降低电池的温度、提高冷却阶段电池组温度场的一致性、延长保温时间。电池组经过连续的冷却保温过程,仍处于最佳工作温度范围,电池充放电时的最高温度可得到抑制

    Thermal evolution history after collision of North China plate with Yangtze plate

    对采自苏北一胶南一大别高压变质构造混杂岩带的片麻岩、糜棱岩和郑庐断裂带上的片麻岩中9个钾长石进行了40Ar-39Ar 年龄测定和多重扩散域(MDD)模式处理, 9个样品的热演化史表明上述地区存在5个不同的快速冷却时段, 并就其可能的构造含义, 提出了华北与扬子板块碰撞后的折返历史过程。40Ar-39Ar analyses and MDD(multiple diffusion domain)model treatements were performed for 9 K-feldspar samples. They were collected from gneiss and mylonite of North Jiangsu-Jiaonan-Dabie tectonic melange belt and Tancheng-Lujiang fault zone. The thermal evolution history exhibits five fast ccoling stages found in these samples.In relation with their possible tectonic implications a recovery process after the collision of the North China plate with the Yangtze plate is suggested here.published_or_final_versio

    Effect of Processing Method on the Microstructure of Nd4.5Fe77B18.5 Magnetic Alloy

    AbstractThe effects of processing method including arc-melted process, rapid solidification and laser crystallization on the microstructure of Nd4.5Fe77B18.5 alloy were investigated. The results showed that the microstructure of the arc-melted alloy was composed of Nd2Fe14B, Fe3B and α-Fe. The microstructure for the melt-spun alloy at the surface velocity of the wheel of 3m/s was similar to that of arc-melted one. However, the constituent phases were composed of Nd2Fe14B and Fe3B, and the α-Fe was suppressed for the melt-spun alloy at the surface velocity of the wheel of 5m/s. At the surface velocity of the wheel of 7m/s and 10m/s, the microstructures were composed of Fe3B and amorphous. Increasing cooling rate, the grain size decreased from micron to nanometer. The completely amorphous microstructure was obtained at the surface velocity of the wheel of 20m/s. The uniform Nd2Fe14B/Fe3B nanocomposites were obtained during the amorphous melt-spun crystallization by laser crystallization process. After laser crystallization at 400mm/min, the mean grain sizes of Nd2Fe14B and Fe3B reached 30nm and 20nm, respectively

    Measurement and control software for vehicle cooling system based on 3-access architecture

    针对车辆冷却系统测控试验平台中的数据实时采集和电机控制问题,利用三层架构的开发思想,基于C#语言、Measurement Studio控件以及SQL Server数据库,在上位机中结合数据采集卡和传感器等硬件设计开发了车辆冷却系统的测控软件。详细介绍了三层架构的数据访问层、业务逻辑层、表示层在测控程序中的具体实现过程,完成了对测控数据的实时采集、存储与处理,绘制了测控数据实时曲线和历史曲线,以及实现了对风扇电机和水泵电机的控制等功能。同时,利用多次实验对测控程序的可靠性及稳定性进行了测试。实验结果表明,基于三层架构框架指导开发的软件具有更好的可读性、维护性和扩展性,满足车辆冷却系统试验平台的测控要求。Aiming at the problem of real-time data acquisition and motor control for vehicle cooling system test-bed,using the development thought of 3-access architecture,the measurement and control software of the vehicle cooling system was designed and developed by C #,Measurement Studio control and SQL Server database based on the hardware of data acquisition card and sensor in the host computer. The realization process of 3-access architecture of DAL,BLL and UI were introduced in detail in the measurement and control program,it finished real-time acquisition,storage and processing of measurement and control data,real-time curves and history curves,fan motor control and water pump motor control,and other functions.     叶片气膜孔加工与测量技术的现状及发展趋势

    The influence of the electrical boundary condition on domain structures and electrocaloric effect of PbTiO3 nanostructures

    本文在基于金兹堡—朗道—德文希尔唯象理论的相场法理论下,应用有限差分方法及四阶龙格—库塔法数值求解,研究不同电学边界条件对铁电纳米点畴结构演化和热电温度效应的影响。本文所用的中间电学边界条件,可以用来表示表面电极与纳米点之间的黏合情况及电极对表面电荷的补偿情况,进而说明退极化电场和退极化电能对系统自由能的影响,不同以往的对退极化能进行权重处理,具有实际的物理意义。 当电学参数λ0为0时,中间电学边界可以退化为开路电学边界条件;当λ0趋向无穷大时,对应于短路电学边界条件,即表面电荷可充分补偿。λ0的值越大,表明表面电荷部分补偿的程度越大,退极化电场能减小得越多。数值计算纳米PbTiO3(PTO...Phase field method based on Ginzburg-Landau-Devonshire theory is applied to study the evolution of domain structures and electrocaloric effect (ECE) of ferroelectric nanoparticles.
