令集解の引く考子伝について

平安初期、惟宗直本撰に掛る養老令注釈書、令集解の巻十三賦役令の注には、幾条かの孝子伝及び、その関連資料が引かれている。その内の例えば原谷譚について、それが陽明本孝子伝と一致し、その日本への伝来が貞観以前と考えられようことは、先学によって既に指摘されているが、小論においては、近時の律令学の進展を踏まえ、それはさらに奈良時代天平以前へ溯ろうこと等、引用の孝子伝及び、関連資料の再検討を試み、孟宗、孟姜女譚などの受容相を通じて、古代文学の原景を点綴しようとする
