Ultimate Polynomial Time

The class $\mathcal{UP}$ of `ultimate polynomial time' problems over $\mathbb C$ is introduced; it contains the class $\mathcal P$ of polynomial time problems over $\mathbb C$. The $\tau$-Conjecture for polynomials implies that $\mathcal{UP}$ does not contain the class of non-deterministic polynomial time problems definable without constants over $\mathbb C$. This latest statement implies that $\mathcal P \ne \mathcal{NP}$ over $\mathbb C$. A notion of `ultimate complexity' of a problem is suggested. It provides lower bounds for the complexity of structured problems

Ultimate gravitational mass defect

We present a new type of gravitational mass defect in which an infinite amount of matter may be bounded in a zero ADM mass. This interpolates between effects typical of closed worlds and T-spheres. We consider the Tolman model of dust distribution and show that this phenomenon reveals itself for a solution that has no origin on one side but is closed on the other side. The second class of examples corresponds to smooth gluing T-spheres to the portion of the Friedmann-Robertson-Walker solution. The procedure is generalized to combinations of smoothly connected T-spheres, FRW and Schwarzschild metrics. In particular, in this approach a finite T-sphere is obtained that looks for observers in two R-regions as the Schwarzschild metric with two different masses one of which may vanish.Comment: 9 pages. 1 reference added. Level of Knowledge and Attitude of Street Children about HIV/AIDS Incidence in Mataram City

The number of HIV infections in NTB Province from the first time it was found up to March 2017 was 1,279, while the number of AIDS infections from 1987 to March 2017 was 704 people. The most risk factors for transmission are through heterosexuals (68%), IDUs (11%), followed by homosexuals (4%) and perinatal transmission (3%). Poor or wrong understanding of sexual problems puts teens at risk of unprotected sexual relations, such as changing partners, using drugs and not using condoms. Street children are one of the vulnerable groups infected with HIV. Describe the Level of Knowledge and Attitudes of Street Children about the Incidence of HIV / AIDS in the City of Mataram. Descriptive research method using a cross-sectional study design. The research location is in the city of Mataram. The population in this study were 30 street children in the city of Mataran. The sampling technique in this study was consecutive sampling. Analysis using univariate analysis. Results: the level of knowledge of street children about the incidence of HIV / AIDS in the city of Mataram which is the most knowledgeable is 22 people (73.3%) and in line with the good attitude that is 27 people (90%)

Ultimate on-chip quantum amplifier

We report amplification of electromagnetic waves by a single artificial atom in open 1D space. Our three-level artificial atom -- a superconducting quantum circuit -- coupled to a transmission line presents an analog of a natural atom in open space. The system is the most fundamental quantum amplifier whose gain is limited by a spontaneous emission mechanism. Ultimate Traces of Cellular Automata

A cellular automaton (CA) is a parallel synchronous computing model, which consists in a juxtaposition of finite automata (cells) whose state evolves according to that of their neighbors. Its trace is the set of infinite words representing the sequence of states taken by some particular cell. In this paper we study the ultimate trace of CA and partial CA (a CA restricted to a particular subshift). The ultimate trace is the trace observed after a long time run of the CA. We give sufficient conditions for a set of infinite words to be the trace of some CA and prove the undecidability of all properties over traces that are stable by ultimate coincidence.Comment: 12 pages + 5 of appendix conference STACS'1
