Tuberculosis patients, who are taking anti-tuberculosis drugs, often have problems in the gastrointestinal system such as anorexia, nausea and vomiting. So, they will tend to have problems with poor nutritional status and weight loss. This research aims to identify supplementary feeding treatment toward body weight gain of tuberculosis patients in the community. The research method uses quasi experimental with pre-post test with non-equivalent control group design. The population was tuberculosis patients who participated in tuberculosis treatment program in the Banyumas Community Health Center. The sample was 46 tuberculosis patients both male and female with aged 15-65 years, joint with the DOTS program and were taking anti tuberculosis drugs. The treatment provided were providing supplementary nutrition and assisting to take tuberculosis drugs. Research data collection was obtained through questionnaire. The results showed there was a significant difference in the level of weight gain between the intervention and control group. The mean pretest body weight in the intervention group was 48,43 and the post-test was 52,62 with p value = 0,000. On the other hand, there was no significant difference body weight in control group, whereas pre-test was 48,65 and post-test was 48,61 with p value = 0,933. Therefore, the supplementary feeding must be given for tuberculosis patients in the community as supportive therapy to maintain their quality of life.

Hypertension is called the silent killer, often known after complications occur. Based on the results of Riskesdas in 2018, the prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia at age ≥18 years increased to 34.1% in 2018. Endothelial injury caused by hypertension triggers inflammation or chronic inflammation of the arterial wall. Evidence of an inflammatory process is the discovery of C-Reactive Protein (CRP) which is a marker of inflammation from non-bacterial infections. The purpose of this study to knowing the description of C-Reactive Protein in patients with hypertension through research by Fadhliani (2016), Dolly (2018), Harahap (2019). This paper is a summary of  research result, with the criteria for systematic study research through a systematic review approach. In patients with hypertension according to research Fadhliani (2016) obtained as much as 23% C-Reactive Protein positive and 77% C-Reactive Protein negative. In the Harahap study (2019) of 30 people with hypertension, 12 people (40%) had positive C-Reactive Protein and 18 people (60%) had negative C-Reactive Protein. Whereas in the study of Dolly (2018) the average level of hs-CRP in hypertensive patients is 4, 85 mg / L. According to Dolly's research (2018) in patients with hypertension for 1 year have higher levels of hs-CRP compared to patients with hypertension for a period of ≤1 years. Examination of C-Reactive Protein (CRP) in patients with hypertension in the Harahap study (2019) showed positive CRP results dominated by subjects with age ≥ 50 years as many as 8 people (27%)

One of the nutritional problems faced by children under five in the world, especially in developing countries is stunting. The problem of stunting in infants can have an impact on intellectual decline, increase the risk of non-communicable diseases, giving birth to babies with low birth weight and the risk of degenerative diseases in the future. So it is necessary to take preventative measures in order to reduce the stunting prevalence rate that is increasing every year. The purpose of this study: to determine the relationship between maternal pregnancy history and the history of the baby's birth to the incidence of stunting in infants. Research methods: using a retrospective cohort design with a sample of 85 mothers who have stunting toddlers. Results: Analysis of data using the chi square test of birth length (p = 0,000 0.05) has a relationship with the incidence of stunting while anemia during pregnancy (p = 0.212 0.05), chronic energy shortages during pregnancy (p = 0.837 0.05) and low birth weight (p = 0.297 0.05) had no relationship with the incidence of stunting. Conclusion: there was no significant relationship between maternal pregnancy history (Anemia and KEK), history of birth of the baby (LBW) and nutritional care patterns (accuracy of breastfeeding MP) with the incidence of stunting in infants. There is a significant relationship between the history of the birth of a baby (length of body birth) can cause stunting in infants. Suggestion: the results of this study can be taken into consideration to conduct early intervention appropriately to reduce the stunting rate in Blora Regency. Keywords: History of maternal pregnancy, history of baby's birth, toddler stunting.
