Constitutionalism, State and territory in the globalization context

Globalization shows that the national State is losing the monopoly in the production of law, and this generates changes concerning the environment of application of the state legal arrangements and the role of the territory as the limit thereof. The object of this work is to offer a panorama about of the law globalization impacts on the State, the constitutional theory and the territory. The study is performed by means of the documentary review technique by using the consultation of diverse sources. Our conclusion is that the Westphalian model of State-nation has been weakened; however, globalization needs the State to be able to operate. Law has been deterritorialized and the territory continues to be a fundamental element for the contemporary State

The Black Litterman Model: A Non-Normal Approach.

The Black Litterman Model (BLM) is widely used tool for the estimation of the expected excess return of a given portfolio. It belongs to the field of Bayesian Statistics, and, assumptions on the prior and likelihood distributions are made. This work relaxes normality assumption on both distributions, and explores two scenarios, using Gamma and Skew Normal distributions. The posterior distribution is determined up to a constant and then data is sampled through Metropolis Hastings algorithms. El socialismo del siglo XXI en el contexto de la nueva izquierda latinoamericana

The main purpose of this paper is to present an analytical approach of the selfproclaimed “new socialism of the XXI Century” in the context of the transformations undertaken by the so-called “Bolivarian revolution”.The reforms undertaken by referring to the ideology of XXI century socialism in these countries were characterized by an intensification of the process of transformation of the state structure and the relations between the state and society, continuing with the nationalization of sectors of the economy, the centralizing of the political apparatus of State administration. However, in the last four years, in some countries where the socialism of the XXI Century has been implemented, the civilian population has been demonstrating against this type of regime.El objetivo principal de este trabajo es presentar un enfoque analítico del autoproclamado "nuevo socialismo del siglo XXI" en el contexto de las transformaciones emprendidas por la llamada "revolución bolivariana". Cover monoidal categories on species and free cover monoids

We study a new product on the category of combinatorial species, which we call the cover Cauchy product. This product is defined as a relaxed version of the classical Cauchy product on species. We prove that the category of species together with the cover Cauchy product has the structure of a monoidal category. We define a cover Cauchy product on exponential generating functions and show that the exponential generating function of the cover Cauchy product of two species is precisely the cover Cauchy product of their exponential generating functions. Uso de cópulas bivariadas para el modelado de índices de renta variable en el periodo 2015 - 2020.

Los mercados de valores de Estados Unidos, Alemania y Japón resultan ser fundamentales en el mercado de capitales moderno, dado que estas economías se encuentran entre las cinco más grandes del planeta y cuentan con sectores financieros vigorosos en cuanto a sus niveles de capitalización bursátil . La estimación de distribuciones marginales vía un modelo ARMA-GARCH y el uso de cópulas t-student permiten concluir que existe un fuerte vínculo entre los ´índices representativos de tales mercados de renta variable, siendo este un resultado totalmente coherente con el grado de globalización que existe en el mercado de capitales moderno.The American, German and Japanese Stock markets are fundamental in the modern capital market given the fact that these economies are in the top five of the largest economies of the world and that they possess a vigorous financial sector. The estimation of univariate marginal distributions through an ARMA-GARCH model and the application of t-student copulas allows to conclude that there is a strong bond between the representative indices of those markets.
