Based on theoretical-methodological principles of cognition, the categorical-notion analysis of main terms (“stress”, “distress”, “stress stability”) that form the subject area of the considered problem is carried out in the paper. The study systematically generalizes main types of stress (informational, emotional, communicative) and its deployment phases (anxiety, resistance, exhaustion) and also outlines stress stability signs and its age formation peculiarities in adolescence. Stress stability is considered as a complicated integral feature of a person, mutually connected with a system of intellectual, cognitive, emotional, personal (motivational, character and other) features, providing his/her possibility to endure essential intellectual, physical, willing and emotional loads, keeping functioning efficiency at that. A level of stress stability is in the first turn conditioned by such factors as emotional stability, stress-resistance, frustration tolerance and so on. The study argues an idea that most effective ways of overcoming the destructive influence of stress of a person are: 1) objective elimination or lowering of the influence intensity of a cause/factor that conditioned the stress status; 2) internal adaptation to a stressor by transforming just an attitude to it in the subjective reality of a person (change of subjective interpretation frames); 3) acceptance of a problem as a given fact and conciliation with its irreversible results; 4) complex way as a combinatorics of the three previous variants with observance of their most optimal balance-proportion according to the psychosocial specificity of each concrete case and individual-typological features of a client. It has been empirically established, that the psychological profile of stress-stable persons is characterized by the high level of steadiness, emotional-willing self-control, self-confidence and low level of stress-sensitivity, personal and situation anxiety. It has been also explained in the research, that the most effective formation of stress stability takes place through the psychological mechanism of self-regulation that provides the synthesis of its structural components (personal, social and behavioral) and provides an adequate reaction on stress-generating factors

There were analyzed the scientific ways for organization of the culture-educational space of a comprehensive school. The cultural-educational space model is presented as an integrity of spatial-semantic, meaningfully-methodic and communicative-organizational components. The basic directions of designing of development and structural components were identified. The attention was made on the specifics of pedagogical tasks, educationally-developing, extracurricular, leisure-developing environments. The features of the musical-aesthetic space as the components of the cultural-educational space of a comprehensive school where examined. It has structural elements such as: child individuality as the subject of education, different forms of activity; common principles of organization; new musical-educational technologies. New ways of musical-aesthetic space organization of general school were suggested. There were analyzed such principles of that space development as: sequence, systematic, purposefulness, pupil’s free choice of activity, optimal connection of different forms of teaching (frontal, group and individual), the positive emotional background formation. Educational functions of the musical-aesthetic space of general school were characterized. These are the spiritual and creative child individuality potential; compensation of its deficiency in child’s other life domains; upbringing of the aesthetic attitude toward music; positive emotional educational background creation. It was suggested, that professional training of future music teachers has to anticipate acquiring skills to master that space as well as purposeful using of its sources in the process of musical-aesthetic pupils upbringing realization

This research is devoted to the "settlement of a dispute with the participation of a judge" institute, which at the end of 2017 was introduced into the administrative, economic and civil processes of Ukraine. During the preparatory proceedings the legislator has provided for the plaintiff and the defendant the opportunity to apply the procedure of peaceful settlement of a dispute with a judge. Of course, for the short time of existence, settlement of a dispute with a judge does not have the proper application in judicial practice. This is due to caution of the subjects of its application, and so the uncertainty and sometimes incomprehensibility purpose of this procedure. There are many subjective and objective factors. But the key is the Ukrainian’s perception of court, mainly as a punitiver, than a state body that protects human right and inability to conduct constructive negotiations and agreement. Despite these obstacles, it should be done as evidenced although rare positive jurisprudence [1]. The main focus of the research of the institute of dispute settlement involving judges should be the unification of the provisions relating to procedures foundations (principles, the beginning and the end, the order and timing of, etc.). Thanks to the practical application, the order of the procedure will be improved. But there are issues that require theoretical development. Based on the available papers of scientists and practitioners, items in this article will attempt to reveal the concept of settlement of a dispute with a judge: opportunities and risks

BRAND VALUE BUILDING AND MANAGEMENT ON B2B MARKETS

    Get PDF
The brand value building and management marketing strategy forms the immanent part of an optimally conceived competitive strategy of companies, regardless of whether they operate in consumer (B2C) or business-oriented (B2B) markets. In practice, however, there is often an interpretive confusion of management patterns without respecting the specifics of these two elementary kinds of markets. This fact subsequently results in interpretive malformations. These negatively affect the erudition of marketing managers' decisions and create the misconception that the strategies of building and managing brand value, formulated so far, are not effective in the context of B2B markets, as their implementation does not lead to the desired results. The aim of the paper is to identify the main differences between building and managing brand value in the B2B and B2C markets in the context of the needs of a successful modern company. From a methodological point of view, in addition to the basic methods of formal logic, such as analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, mainly the method of scientific excerption is applied. This is precisely the main pillar of the realized literary review, devoted to the researched issue. Based on the above mentioned methodological apparatus and its effective implementation, the output of the article is a basic definition of building and managing the value of a brand in B2B markets, respecting their specifics, determining the need to modify the original functional consumer-oriented branding constructs

The authors of the paper consider the problem of social formation of senior preschool children with moderate intellectual development disorders as a precondition of studying at school. The problem is solved in the aspect of general favoring social development of this category of children, namely formation of soft-skills in preschool children with intellectual development disorders. The theoretical-analytical work of studying the problem of formation of the social readiness of senior preschool children with moderate intellectual development disorders was based on the diagnostics of the social readiness to studying at school of this category of children and two components in its structure (communicative and social competences), which content includes criteria (cognitive-motivational; behavioral; cognitive; operational), indicators and their levels were determined. The formation of the social readiness of children with moderate intellectual development disorders to studying at school was investigated competence by competence (social and communicative competences), taking into account the comparative principle by juxtaposing their results with ones of children with light intellectual development disorders. There was empirically revealed the low formation level of the social readiness of senior preschool children with moderate intellectual development disorders that is conditioned by an insufficient formation level of its structural components: social - at the expanse of low indicators of understanding him/herself as a member of a social group by a child, non-formation of the ability to perceive and produce information about him/herself, own inclinations, significant adults, inability to observe social norms and values in behavior and interaction with others, rigidity of behavioral strategies at interaction with others, non-conformity of reaction to their words and actions, non-formation of the ability to listen, not to interrupt; communicative - because of difficulties to understand addressed speaking, inability to enter the communication process, non-formation of knowledge about communication culture rules in relation with coevals and adults, absence of self-control/mutual control in communication situations, non-formation of the ability to correlate verbal communication means with nonverbal ones

The role of international agreements in climate policy

    Get PDF
Climate change is one of the greatest environmental challenges of our time. Climate change can occur as a result of natural processes on Earth (e.g., tectonic motion of continents), as a result of external influences on the planet (e.g., changes in the intensity of solar radiation), or even as a result of human activity (e.g., greenhouse gas production). Human activities have boosted emissions of carbon dioxide, pushing up the temperatures. One potential impact is extreme weather and melting polar ice. There are natural climate fluctuations, but it is a fact that temperatures are growing higher now than at many other periods. This is related to the greenhouse effect which describes how some of the Sun's energy is trapped in the Earth's atmosphere. Solar energy from the Earth's surface, radiating back to space, is absorbed by greenhouse gases and re-emitted in every direction. This present paper discusses the impact of climate change and summarises the role of legal regulations in the process of this major environmental problem

THE DETERMINANTS OF FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT (FDI): HOW IMPORTANT ARE INSTITUTIONAL FACTORS IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES?

    Get PDF
Since the 1980s, the attractiveness of foreign direct investment has always been one of the growth drivers for most developing countries. Indeed, the debt crises that have shaken these countries have led them to change at least partially their development strategies. Different empirical studies have tried to deal with such an issue. In this paper, we examine empirically the determinants of foreign direct investment (FDI). We employ a sample that covers a panel of 46 developing countries over the period of study from 1996 to 2018. These countries are grouped in four regions such as: Africa Sub-Saharan (12), Middle East and North Africa (6), Latin America Caribbean (20), Asia and Pacific (8). From the empirical results, we show that, in addition to some classic determinants of foreign direct investment attractiveness, institutional factors, particularly those related to economic freedoms, available to investors, are also of great importance. In terms of economic policy implications in our study, developing countries, especially Middle East and North Africa countries, must act on the level of freedoms to progress their incorporation into the global economic system but moreover to address the main contest, refining the standard of living of the population, which remains depreciated in the massive popular of countries. This obviously means creating a satisfactory business climate that can inspire together domestic and foreign investors and therefore generate a dynamics, capable of removing the challenges of development and integration

The development of digital technologies has radically changed the direction of the development of modern media. Professional producers of information – newspapers, radio broadcasting, and television – entered the Internet no more than fifteen years ago. The Internet is used by almost all types of media in the world as an additional channel for the transmission and distribution of content. Many media experts see a great future in the Internet media market. In Bangladesh, home to 160 million people, Internet media are already popular and growing rapidly. Internet TV began to function at the beginning of the 21st century. It was created specifically for broadcasting on the network, which requires a high level of technical equipment from both the producer and the content provider and the consumer. Therefore, chronologically, television was the last type of media that entered the Internet. In this report, we analyze the basic features of Internet Television that exists in contemporary Bangladesh and provide an account of the development trends. We analyzed Internet Television broadcasters in Bangladesh, like “ATN Music”, “Popcorn Live”. This study is based on both primary and secondary sources of qualitative data to understand the ability of Internet TV to provide news, qualitive information, together with the challenges and opportunities of it to work in the ever-changing media landscape
