Profil Koneksi Matematis Siswa Perempuan SMA Dengan Kemampuan Matematika Tinggi Dalam Menyelesaikan Masalah Matematika

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan profil koneksi matematis siswi SMA dalam menyelesaian masalah matematika. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif eksploratif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang mengungkap makna dibalik gejala-gejala yang terjadi pada subjek penelitian. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seorang siswi SMA kelas XI berkemampuan tinggi. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian adalah wawancara mendalam dan analisis tugas yang didasarkan pada tugas penyelesaian masalah matematika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profil koneksi matematis siswi ditinjau berdasarkan langkah penyelesaian masalah Polya yaitu memahami masalah, membuat rencana penyelesaian, melaksanakan rencana penyelesaian, dan memeriksa kembali jawaban. Pertama, profil koneksi matematis siswi dalam memahami masalah. Kedua, profil koneksi matematis siswa dalam membuat rencana penyelesaian masalah. Ketiga, profil koneksi matematis siswa dalam melaksanakan rencana penyelesaian. Keempat, profil koneksi matematis siswa dalam memeriksa kembali jawabannya dengan memeriksa kembali rumus-rumus yang digunakan, langkah-langkah yang sudah dikerjakan

The Effect Of Using Digital Storytelling On Students’ Intrinsic Motivation For Learning Vocabulary

In elementary school, vocabulary is the key factors in language learning. However, many students still have a lack of intrinsic motivation in learning vocabulary. Thus, it affects their vocabulary mastery. To overcome this problem, the researcher uses the digital storytelling to improve students’ intrinsic motivation for learning vocabulary. This research aims at analyzing the effect of using digital storytelling on students’ intrinsic motivation for learning vocabulary and describing the benefits of digital storytelling to improve students’ intrinsic motivation for learning vocabulary. The type of this research is descriptive case study. The subjects of the study are 22 students of 2C of SD Teladan Yogyakarta in the academic year of 2017/2018. The researcher uses close-ended questionnaire and interview to collect the data. The study shows that there was significant difference before and after using digital storytelling towards students’ intrinsic motivation in learning vocabulary. From the result of the questionnaires, after using digital storytelling, students’ intrinsic motivation for learning vocabulary is higher. The Authority of Execution by Court on the International Arbitration Decision

The winner of SIAC (Singapore International Arbitration Center) Number 062/08 made an Indonesian national legal effort, namely the application for recognition and implementation of international arbitration decisions as stipulated in article 65 of Act Number 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution. However, after the application was registered with the Central Jakarta Court, it provided a decree which basically refused because the arbitration dispute was not included in the scope of the trade and violated public order. Because he received rejection of the recognition and implementation of the arbitration ruling from the Central Jakarta Court, the winner of the SIAC arbitration award filed an appeal to the Supreme Court Number 01 K / Pdt.Sus / 2010 whose result was justifying the previous Decision of the Central Jakarta Court and obtaining assertion that there was no even foreign powers can interfere with the ongoing legal process in Indonesia. This clearly violates public order, according to the Supreme Court ruling. Qur'an And Al-Hadits Model-Based Education In Increasing Islamic Civilization

Abstract This study aimed to explore how educational models that can realize high-emergence of Islamic civilization; how civilization produced by education based on the revelation of the Qur'an and Al-Hadits); and what happens when a civilization based education override revelation (Al-Quran and Al-Hadits). This study is intended as an exploration efforts and the transformation of science into the Islamic education system is an integral and operationally. This type of research is the approach of the literature; the data collection method: the method of documentation and observation method, while the method of the interview as a method of investigation to collect data related to this study. Analysis of the data used in this study is a non-statistical analysis. The research result is concluded: first,the emergence of education that can realize the high Islamic civilization is education based on revelation; second,civilization produced by education based on revelation (Al-Quran and Al-Hadits) is a civilization which brings benefit in this world and happiness in the hereafter. Third,when civilization based education override revelation (Al-Quran and Al-Hadits) then there is the deterioration and destruction. Peningkatan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB): Peran Work Climate , Employee Engagement dan Personality

Studi ini bertujuan menguji  hubungan antara iklim kerja yang dimoderasi rasa keterikatan kerja karyawan, serta peran personalitas dalam meningkatkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Beberapa studi sebelumnya menunjukkan adanya  research gap antara iklim kerja terhadap OCB.  Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah ASN pada Dinas Perindustrian dan perdagangan Provinsi Jawa Tengah sebanyak 130 pegawai. Teknik sampling menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan kriteria pegawai yang telah memiliki masa kerja selama atau lebih dari lima tahun dan sudah berstatus sebagai karyawan tetap. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan  pada responden. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara iklim kerja terhadap peningkatan OCB, serta employee engagement mampu memoderasi pengaruh iklim kerja terhadap OCB. Personality juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap OCB
