This study was to provide a better the good of learning management and to improve the process skills of Science in every student especially Class V students of SD Negeri 03 Kepahiang by using the practical/ practicum methods. The classroom action research was conducted in two cycles. The instrument was the journal practicum, observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The results obtained from this instruments was use the practical methods to improve the skills of the students, especially in learning the nature of light, and the provide of students motivation and enthusiasm in learning
Implementasi Manajemen Pembelajaran dalam Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013
The objective of this research is to describe the implementation of instructional management in 2013 curriculum at elementary school number 01 of Bengkulu city. The research design is qualitative descriptive. The subjects of research are teachers, principal, vice-principal, and students. Data collecting techniques are interview, observation, and documentation. The conclusions are that the teachers have already understood the 2013 curriculum, that has been implemented by the syllabus the preparation of the lesson plans based on the 2013 curriculum lesson plans in form of Discovery Learning Activities, but in fact, the teachers sometimes have not performed the learning process to a student-oriented learning

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the coaching by the school head can improve the discipline of teachers in preparing teaching and program Elementary School 12 South Bengkulu learning. The specific objective to increase discipline in developing the syllabus, lesson plan and program assessment. The method used is action research school, with study subjects were 12 elementary school teachers from South Bengkulu. The results of this study indicate that coaching by the school head can improve discipline and ability of teachers to develop learning programs

Nilai Nutrisi Gulma Sawah Dominan di Kawasan Pesisir Kota Bengkulu
Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperoleh spesies-spesies gulma potensial sebagai sumber pakan ternak, berdasarkan pada produksi, dominansi, dan nilai nutrisi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di lahan sawah KecamatanSungai Serut, Kota Bengkulu. Dibuat petak sampel berukuran 1 m x 1 m sebanyak lima puluh petak sampel dengan metode jalur transek. Gulma dipanen dengan akarnya, kemudian dicuci, dipilah-pilahkan menurutjenisnya, dihitung jumlah jenis dan jumlah individu untuk setiap jenis, dihitung ditimbang, dianalisis kandungan nutrisinya (bahan kering, Protein kasar, kalsium, posfor) dan kandungan energi. Berdasarkanpenelitian ditemukan 23 spesies gulma, dan lima jenis dominan adalah Gulma X (Ordo Poales), Fymbristilis milliaceae, Lindernia anagalis, Cyperus halpan, Ludwigia perennis, dengan nilai SDR berturut-turut adalah 18,30 %; 11,92 %; 10,82 %; 8,94 %; 7,55%; produksi biomasa 495,96 kg/ha atau 27,87 %; 206,2 kg/ha atau 11,15 %, 127.9kg/ha atau 7,19 % , 94.08 kg/ha atau 5,29 %. Kandungan protein 5,28 %; 6,89 %; 5,97%; 6,01 %; 7,39. Kandungan kalsium : 0,02 %; 0,09 %; 0,13 %; 0,08 %; 0,06 %; kandungan posfor 0,16 %; 0,33%; 0.57%; 0,26 %; 0,296 %. Seluruh gulma dominan menyebar secara berkelompok. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa gulma dominan mempunyai potensi sebagai sumber pakan

The purpose of research is to increase the activity and student learning outcomes through the management of STAD cooperative learning. This type of research is the ClassroomAction Research with three cycles. The subjects were students of SMKNN 2 Bengkulu City 2014/2015 school year. The results of this study showed that the activity of students in the firstcycle is not effective while in the second cycle and third cycle has been effective. Student learning outcomes in the first cycle the average value of 74.07 students, then on the second cycle into74.15. Furthermore, in the third cycle students\u27 average score increased to 82.93. Mastery learning classically in the first cycle only reaches 75.60%, then the second cycle increased by 12.20% from the first cycle to be 87.80%. Furthermore, in the third cycle of classical learning completeness increased by 4.88% from the second cycle to be 92.68

This research apprach used is descriptive qualitative because they collected and analysis is more qualitative, which aims to understand the meaning behind the they looks.The results of this study stated that the strategy of increasing the perception-based character education teacher done through the integration of character education into everyday learning. The school has tried as much as possible to improve the srategy of character education through the process of planning, organizing, implementation, evaluation and follow-up recommendation in order to approach perfection in accordance with the applicable procedures
